YouGov has just released the report "Travel brands through the eyes of Responsible Travelers", in which Portugal is in 1st place in the ranking of destinations of Spanish and Brazilian consumers, and in 2nd place in the preferences of Italian consumers. Portugal is also in the top-10 of all European markets (except Germany), namely the four Nordic countries (Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark). In the UK ranking, it stands in the 5th position.
This report is a study on the recognition and awareness of tourism brands recognised for their sustainable performance, as well as the awareness of various international destinations.The results regarding destinations focused on 18 markets (8 European and 10 from other continents), and relate to the period between July 1st 2021 and June 30th 2022.
